Sonoma County is rich in innovative artists who practice creativity and inspiration in diverse and dynamic ways. Cathy Ellis, Peter Hassen, Ryan Lely, William Smith and Esther Traugot are five of these artists whose work is deserving of wider recognition. Each inspires the viewer to regard our experience from a fresh perspective, whether through the lens of an iPhone or via the juxtaposition of cultural and spiritual icons. This exhibition, curated by SVMA Director Kate Eilertsen, and Sonoma State University Gallery Director and Professor Michael Schwager, highlights the creative vision of these five undiscovered Sonoma County artists.

Museum Guides available Weekends 11:30am-3:30pm and Wednesdays 11:30am-1:30pm.
