Special Events

Wet Paint 2014

Wet Paint is the premier fundraiser for exhibitions and education programs here at SVMA. It is through the generosity of our members, patrons, local businesses, donors and special guests that we are able to secure programs that benefit thousands of members and visitors to the museum each year. Wet Paint 2014 has come to a close. Fortunatley, there are still a few amazing items left from the Silent Auction. Click here to see (and purchase) those items.

Al Pozzo di Sogno

Inspired by Ann Hamilton's Tower, AL POZZO DI SOGNO (Into the Well of Dreams) is being presented at the renowned Oliver Ranch in scenic Geyersville. Oliver Ranch provides exquisite surroundings to showcase this stunning aerial dance-theater performance designed especially for the eighty-foot tower. Guests will be guided through a series of vignettes then led to the tower's spiraling staircase for the afternoon's highlight: a site-specific work by choreographer Joanna Haigood and Zaccho Dance Theatre. A reception  will follow the performance.  July 11th, 2014, 5pm

Tickets to this event are sold out
