Vessel as Metaphor

November 3, 2018
10am - 3pm
Feel earthen clay in your hands, contemplate all the ways in which the
vessel receives, nourishes, and rejuvenates. Relax into the process
of creating your own personal ceramic vessel.

In this workshop led by visiting artist Kala Stein from Sonoma Community
Center, participants will learn about the history of vessels from around the
world then make coil-built form, infusing life and intention into their creations.
Vessels will be fired in The Center's kiln and ready for pick-up before the
December Holidays.

Please bring your lunch for an in-studio lunch break.

No clay experience necessary, open to all levels.
